  • Pay as you order (PAYO) unless stated that reservation is allowed.

  • Shipping fee is not yet included unless stated.

  • Photoproof / Video condition after payment to avoid photograbbing and ghosting.

  • All items are in good condition; There may be faint marks but we will only disclose obvious marks especially for expensive items.

  • Please do not buy if you are super sensitive with your collection.

  • Pre-order item with pay-when-onhand (PAWO) balance must be settled within 24 hours after we sent you the notice. Late payment fees will be strictly charged if couldn't pay on time.

  • If SCO, you must checkout within 14 days once we sent you the link. Storage fees will be charged on 15th day onwards.

  • All onhand items must be shipped out within 14 days after the arrival notice. Shipping fee must be settled as soon as possible. We will not store your item for more than 2 weeks unless you have other pending item that is arriving soon.

ABOUT DELIVERY
Overseas Mails: Registered or Stamped usually take at least 14 working days to arrive after mailing. Some may took a month or even longer. Express or DHL usually arrive within a week.
Local Parcels: 1-3 days MM/LUZ | 3-10 days VIS/MINREFUNDS
For pre order or onhand items, in case of out of stock, refund can be done in two ways:
1. Change of item
2. Cash refundRETURN & EXCHANGE
In case of missing item / wrong item shipped: it is required to provide us a full unboxing video - UNCUT, from unsealing of box / pouch, unwrapping the bubble wrap 'til the checking of items, for us to review and investigate.
To accept return, product should be sealed and is the same condition as received.PAYMENT
Strictly follow the deadlines. In case of late payment, 20% of your remaining balance will be charged per day as late payment fee.
Storage fee is 50php per day.CANCELLATION
Cancellation is strictly not allowed for any type of order unless the item is sold out.
50% of your total order will be charged as cancellation fee. Buyers who refuse to pay the fee will be tagged as joy reservers and will be posted for everyone's awareness.PRE-ORDER
For site pob, gift, lucky draw, etc., in case of unequal member distribution of the gifts, priority are those who paid in full first.
Fine scratches on gift items are not subject to exchange or refund.LIMITS OF LIABILITY
We are not liable to the following:
1. Any production damage or incomplete inclusion from manufacturer
2. Any human errors, faults, damage or delay caused by suppliers
3. Delays of arrivals or ship out due to acts of nature or any other unforeseen events
4. Any lost, delay or damage caused by mishandling of 3rd party couriers (international/local)
5. Returned parcels due to wrong information of customer details or no one to receive
Order/s cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for the above situation.Note:
The outer case is to protect goods. Please note that slight scratches and discoloration of the case is not a defect of the product.
